What Lighting Does My Car Need?

Most car lights are either high-intensity discharge or HID (also known as Xenon), LED, or halogen. The answer to the question depends on your vehicle's make, model, and body style. When to change a car light bulb doesn't, however. You should change Xenon lights every few years as they dim. You should change LED lights, however, if their electronics fail or the bulbs themselves burn out. You should change halogen lights about every two years.
